TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Viewfinder Lettings operates a "Promotion Only" service for landlords. Payment must be received in advance and is not refundable. Prospective tenants will only be dealing with you, their potential landlord. Viewfinder Lettings takes no responsibility for the condition of the property or the grounds they are situated. This includes fixtures and fittings, gas, fire and electrical safety. Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw the service after six months; if you wish, the 'Promotion' can be renewed for the usual price.
AGREEMENT
I confirm that I am the sole or joint owner of the property to be promoted and have the right to authorise the advertisement to rent out the property.
I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the "Promotion Only" service provided by Viewfinder Lettings.
I understand that the Consumer Protection Act 1987 demands that landlords provide only safe items with accommodation and that there are specific statutory obligations I need to be aware of and understand that Viewfinder Lettings' role is simply an advertising one and that they are not in any way responsible for advising me of further information or are responsible for the condition of the property.
PRIVACY
Viewfinder Lettings may collect personal information from visitors
to this website via online forms that are completed by visitors
on an opt-in basis.
Personal details provided will be treated as confidential and
Viewfinder Lettings will not sell or rent the information provided
via such forms.
